Paul is a 17-year member of MCA-I (formerly ITVA), North Jersey Chapter. His positions include President, 1995-1996; Publicity Chair, 1996-1997; Membership Chair, 1994-1995 & 1997-1998; Vice President, 1999-2000; Secretary, 2000-2001; and Interchapter Relations, 2001-present. He has also frequently produced chapter meetings; has been host, co-host or presenter at the JAMIEs (Jersey Awards for Media Innovation and Excellence, presented annually by MCA-I's New Jersey chapters) since 1994; and is an Associate Member of the Connecticut chapter.
